Lead Pastor - Mark Bass
My name is Mark and I have the honor of being the Lead Pastor here at Bethlehem Baptist. My family and I moved to Crossville in March 2014 to begin our ministry here. My wife is Emily and we have 4 children from 8-18 years old. My favorite thing about our church is the kindness of the people here and “home” feeling that you get every time you walk through the doors. I hope you’ll experience that same thing when you visit with us. Outside of church, I enjoy being outdoors hiking, caddying for my girls in their junior golf tournaments, or going on trips with the family. I also enjoy a small woodworking hobby, mostly focused turning pens. Thanks for stopping by our website, and I hope to meet you in person soon. Blessings!

Associate Pastor - Brian Campbell
Hello, my name is Brian and I have the privilege of leading the church in worship through song. I have been involved in worship ministry for 30 years. I have been Worship Leader at Bethlehem for 5 years and have recently been asked to serve full time as Associate pastor. It is a privilege to serve this congregation and to be part of an amazing team that is committed to creating worship that honors God. I also have the honor of ministering with my wife, Bethany and our daughter Katlynn as they run our audio/visual equipment each week. It is our goal to serve the Lord while serving one another. I work closely with Pastor Mark to make ensure each of the members of Bethlehem are cared for, ministers to and encouraged. It is our joy to serve each and every one who comes through the doors.
Outside of church I enjoy hiking, traveling, gardening and painting in my home studio. Though Tennessee is not our original home, we have come to love the people that make up Crossville and the Cumberland region, they make us feel like we are home.

Church Secretary - Patty Cordell
Patty Cordell is our church office secretary. She is most often the first person you will meet. She began working as the Church Secretary in June 2018. She will be able to assist you with any questions concerning the membership and general overall operation of the church. She is responsible for coordinating the church calendar; she manages finances and works diligently to keep things moving forward and running smoothly for the entire congregation. Patty can be contacted Monday through Thursdays, 8am – 2pm.
Before working at Bethlehem, she served in the Air Force and Air National Guard as a Plans and Programs Manager, she is now retired after 28 years.
Patty’s free time includes spending time with friends and family, raising her children, gardening, and working on their small family farm. She married her husband Tom in July 1988 and they have 9 Children (TJ, Makayla, Lilly, Rachel, Case, Jack, Sarah, Summer, and Roman). She and her family love to serve at the church and currently work with the Awana program, Choir, Mission Journey Kids, VBS, and other areas as needed.
In her own words… “I came to Bethlehem by chance, but I stay by choice. Here I have found a family of believers looking to honor God through the teaching of His word. There is no place I would rather be and no place I would rather raise my children, this is truly a Loving Church.”

Our office hours are 8am to 2pm, Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Friday unless there is a special event that day. One of the staff members will be around the property or in the office any time we are open. If you have a question, need to talk, need counseling, do not hesitate to contact us, we are hear for you.
